Courses on Offer

Adult 1 to 1 Coaching

Individual instruction to help you develop your game, tailored to your style and technique.

Cardio Tennis

A group fitness class set to music, with an emphasis on cardio-vascular exercise rather than technique

Rusty Rackets

Aimed at players returning to the game, to encourage people to return in a more relaxed way than a formal coaching session.

Doubles Tactical Coaching

To help doubles teams within the Cornwall leagues to develop their matchplay together.

Junior Red Ball Coaching

A modified version of tennis aimed at ages 5 - 8.

Junior Orange Ball Coaching

A stage in junior tennis development usually for players who have progressed from red ball. Aimed at ages 8 - 9.

Junior Green Ball Coaching

For ages 9 -10, green ball is the next stage after orange ball.

Junior Yellow Ball Coaching

The final stage of junior tennis development.

Serving for Success

A 30 minute training session for all standards of players, focusing on serving.

Take a Look at Technique

Throughout these sessions, a clear approach of what is desired (outcome) will be set, while falling back to the required technique (how to achieve it).
